I’ve baked a lot of things in my life, and I will say a lot of those things have been superb (especially my cookies), but when I say these scrolls take it to the next level and are the best things I’ve baked so far I truly mean it.
When Sable was around (R.I.P) I made it my mission to be able to replicate their cookies and i’m so glad that I did, because now they’re my most requested item. This recipe is a spin off that’ll have you giggling with joy
I grew up with a version of these called matchsticks, where they were puff pastry filled with jam, cream, then topped with pink icing. These are my Christmas version and honestly brought back so much nostalgia and joy
