Ingredients
1 1/2 cup milk of choice
1/4 cup vanilla protein powder
2 TBS rolled oats
2 tsp maple syrup
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
1/4 tsp ground ginger
5 ice cubes (optional)
Directions
- Blend all ingredients on high until smooth and creamy. You may need to add more milk depending on how thick you like your smoothies.
- Transfer to a glass and dust with extra ground cinnamon to serve. Enjoy!
