There’s something about cheats meals which always have a special place in my heart, but this one is next level! Anything with carbs and a garlic bread twist is always going to be a priority to make.

These have minimal ingredients, are super easy, and can be made in bulk which is great for entertaining. Ready under 30 minutes…. Can I make these again already?!?!

Ingredients

  • 6 rolls 6 , preferably joined together

  • 250 grams 250 Pre-made Vegan Meatballs

  • 1/2 Jar 1/2 Bolognese Sauce

  • 1 pack 1 Vegan Shredded Cheese

  • 1 TBS 1 Italian Herbs (optional)

  • 1 TBS 1 Vegan Butter, melted

  • 1 tsp 1 Minced Garlic

Directions

  • Preheat the oven to 200° and prepare a baking tray. Cut the rolls in half without tearing them apart to create a slab and place them on the baking tray.
  • Squish the meatballs down to create patties and distribute them evenly over the rolls. Pour the sauce over the slab of rolls, then sprinkle the cheese and herbs (if using) over the top.
  • Place the bun lids on top of the slab. Mix the melted butter and minced garlic together, then brush over the bun lids – these will crisp up and taste like garlic bread!
  • Place the sliders in the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes or until crispy. Tear and share (or not, I know I didn’t share).
