Sometimes you want a simple breakfast and other times you want to indulge. These pancakes let you do both and leave you full, satisfied, and a little bit special.

These pancakes are so easy to put together, and have the perfect fluffiness, texture and flavour. Better yet, they soak up maple syrup perfectly.

Ingredients

  • 1 1 Banana, mashed

  • 250 ml 250 Soy milk

  • 2 TBS 2 Oil

  • 2 TBS 2 Raw Sugar

  • 1 tsp 1 Vanilla essence

  • 140 grams 140 Plain flour

  • 40 grams 40 Vanilla Protein Powder

  • 1 TBS 1 Baking powder

  • 1/2 tsp 1/2 Salt

  • 1/2 tsp 1/2 Cinnamon

Directions

  • Place the mashed bananas and all the wet ingredients in a bowl and stir until combined. Add the dry ingredients and stir until just combined (the mixture will be lumpy).
  • Heat a large frying pan on medium heat and heat either nuttelex or oil in the pan. Use a 1/4 cup to spoon the batter onto the pan. Cook until bubbles form, then flip and cook the other side until golden.
  • Serve with whatever you please! I’ve chose maple syrup, sliced banana & hemp seeds.
