Gnocchi is already delicious as it is, but this takes it to a whole new level and is personally my favourite way to have it. Don’t be scared of “burning” the butter, this recipe is super simple

Ingredients
Pre-cooked Gnocchi (see “Potato Gnocchi”)
1 TBS 1 Oil
4 TBS 4 Butter (or alternative)
2 tsp 2 Minced Garlic
Sage Leaves
Directions
- Have your gnocchi pre-made and boiled as per the “potato gnocchi” recipe on my website.
- Heat a frying pan on medium heat. Add the oil to the pan and heat through, then add the gnocchi. Cook the gnocchi until golden on both sides then set aside.
- Add the butter to the pan and melt, stirring constantly. Cook until it starts to turn brown in colour, then add the garlic and sage leaves and stir. Return the gnocchi to the pan, toss to coat in butter, then serve. Enjoy!
