Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup 1 1/2 milk of choice

  • 1/4 cup 1/4 vanilla protein powder

  • 2 TBS 2 rolled oats

  • 2 tsp 2 maple syrup

  • 1/2 tsp 1/2 ground cinnamon

  • 1/4 tsp 1/4 ground nutmeg

  • 1/4 tsp 1/4 ground ginger

  • 5 5 ice cubes (optional)

Directions

  • Blend all ingredients on high until smooth and creamy. You may need to add more milk depending on how thick you like your smoothies.
  • Transfer to a glass and dust with extra ground cinnamon to serve. Enjoy!
