What’s better than garlic bread? Well it’s having it to yourself of course!

I already love garlic bread, but I guarantee you this takes it to the next level. It’s fancy without trying too hard, and the cheese alongside the sweetness of the cranberry jam balance out perfectly. Also that giddy feeling of knowing you won’t have to share your portion, priceless!

Ingredients

  • 6 Mini 6 Dinner Rolls

  • 2 TBS 2 Cranberry Jam

  • 6 TBS 6 Vegan Cheese*

  • 2 TBS 2 Nuttelex, melted

  • 2 tsp 2 Minced Garlic

  • 1 tsp 1 Dried Rosemary

Directions

  • Preheat the oven to 180° and prepare a baking tray.
  • Cut 3-4 slits across the rolls as shown, making sure not to slice all the way through. Stuff each slit with cranberry jam, then cheese, then place the rolls on the prepared tray.
  • Mix together the nuttelex, garlic, and rosemary and baste over the top of the rolls.
  • Bake in the oven for 10 minutes or until golden.

Tips & Tricks

  • Any vegan cheese will work, but I found one that mimics a bocconcini, camembert, feta, or even parmesan will work well
