Lately I’ve been absolutely obsessed with brownies, so once I figured out how to incorporate protein into a brownie I knew it’d become a staple in this house.

This brownie satisfies those sweet cravings, is fudgy, and the chocolate and raspberries on top gives such an indulgent feeling.

Ingredients

  • 2 2 Bananas, mashed

  • 75 grams 75 Plain Flour

  • 60 grams 60 Chocolate Protein Powder

  • 1 TBS 1 Cacao Powder

  • 1 tsp 1 Baking Powder

  • 60 ml 60 Maple Syrup

  • 140 grams 140 Peanut Butter

  • 100 grams 100 Raspberries (fresh or frozen, thawed)

  • 40 grams 40 Dark Chocolate, chopped

Directions

  • Preheat the oven to 180 and line a brownie tin.
  • Place the mashed bananas, flour, protein, cacao, baking powder, maple syrup and peanut butter in a bowl and stir until combined. Pour the mixture into the pan and top with raspberries and chocolate.
  • Bake for 30 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean. Keep in the pan until completely cooled then chop into slices.
