Mum’s 3 Ingredient Slice

When we were kids mum struggled to feed our family of 6 due to copious amounts of reasons. There were fussy eaters, we all had different schedules, and she needed to make sure things were affordable.

Now this slice is seriously so simple to make, tastes indulgent, and it’s easy to change up the flavours. I’ve made peppermint here (with peppermint chocolate), but simply swap out the chocolate/biscuit flavours to suit your tastes.

Ingredients

  • 375 grams 375 Biscuits (I’ve used @arnotts choc ripple), crushed

  • 180 frams 180 Chocolate, chopped

  • 320 grams 320 Condensed milk

Directions

  • Mix the ingredients in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for 1 minute, stir, microwave for another 1 1/2 minutes.
  • Pour into a lined baking dish and set in the fridge for 15-30 minutes (sets well in the freezer for 10-15 minutes too).
  • Chop and eat.
