Starting the morning right means different things to different people. Mat can’t start his without coffee, as I love to have a filling breakfast.

So I’ve combined the two, to make something filling, with a coffee hit, whilst feeling like you’re eating dessert at the same time. Pure bliss!

Ingredients

  • 3-4 3-4 Weet-bix (this is a filling breakfast)

  • 250 ml 250 Milk

  • 1 shot 1 Coffee (or 1 tsp instant coffee mixed with 1 TBS water)

  • 1 tsp 1 Maple syrup

  • 20 grams 20 Coffee & walnut protein

  • 150 grams 150 Yoghurt

  • Cocoa powder

Directions

  • Crush the weet-bix into a container. Combine the milk, coffee, and maple syrup and pour over the weet-bix.
  • Mix the protein powder with the yoghurt and place on top of the soaked weet-bix. Top with cocoa powder and place in the fridge overnight to set.
