- 500 grams
Oreos
- 1.5 tsp
Baking Powder
- 375 mls
Milk of Choice
Directions
Set the oven to 175° and line a brownie/cake tin.
Separate the filling and the cookies of the Oreos, making sure to keep both. Grind/blend/smash the cookies until they resemble fine crumbs and transfer to a large mixing bowl. Reserve the filling in a separate bowl.
Add the baking powder and milk to the cookie crumb mixture and mix until combined. Pour into the lined baking tin and bake for 20-25 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean.
Transfer the cooked cake to a cake rack and allow the cake to cook completely before icing. To make the icing melt the Oreo filling in a microwave for 30 seconds, then spread over the cooled cake. Enjoy!
